ICMS consists of talented, passionate, and dynamic Malaysian individuals – Students and leaders who wish to empower each other and the youth of Malaysia, and are driven to realise ideas and build far-reaching, mutually beneficial networks. We pride ourselves on having a diverse team consisting of individuals with various skill sets, fields of study, backgrounds, and ambitions. The ICMS Executive Committee is the group of students leading at the international administrative level of organization in ICMS, inclusive of an International board and the National Executive Director / Deputy National Executive Director of each of the 5 ICMS Chapters. Each ICMS Executive Committee serves a single term of one year and committee selections take place in January.

The ICMS National Executive Committees (NEXCOs) lead their respective Chapters (Malaysia, United Kingdom, North America, Hong Kong, Singapore) at the national/Chapter level of organization in ICMS. Each ICMS National Executive Committee serves a single term of one year and committee selections take place in January.
