Divisional Portfolios

Structured similarly to that of a multinational entity, divisional portfolios are constituted to ensure the efficient functioning of ICMS. With respective roles, responsibilities and relationships between individuals within the organisation subdivided accordingly, the core functions of these portfolios are outlined as below.

Produces financial reports quarterly for key decision-makers

External Outreach and Publicity

Manages, maintains and strengthens the existing bonds of ICMS with all its existing Affiliates while building new relationships with any potential student organisations.

Project Development and Initiatives

Caters to the needs of all relevant stakeholders: Malaysian youth, Associates, ICMS, Partners and Sponsors through projects and events.

Seven Divisions

Secretarial Division

Manages ICMS web property, email server, communication platforms and all other IT-related aspects in the Council.

Internal Affairs and Performance

Develops, manages and reinforces the performance, engagement and long-term development of Associates

Council Policy and Strategy

Serves as an advisory board to the Council by providing quality strategic advice and guidelines.

Corporate Relations

Responsible as ICMS’ first line ambassador; managing, maintaining and strengthening ties with potential and existing Partners and Sponsors (P&S).
