Challenging tasks, case studies and hands-on experiences of working in the Council will be given. Junior Associates are required to participate in a series of workshops to gain sufficient skills and knowledge before their internship experiences within the different Divisions and Operational Committees (OPCOs) of ICMS.

At this unforgettable stage of the tenure, the Junior Associates will start to understand how ICMS runs internally, externally and operationally, before qualifying as Directors and Associates.
