Refund Policy

Thank you for your donation to the International Council of Malaysian Scholars and Associates (ICMS), we really appreciate it.

In the rare event that our donation gateway failed to meet our commitment to quality, a refund may be offered at our discretion. We will try to resolve all requests for refund within seven (7) business days of receiving the request. 

Complaints

We take all complaints very seriously. If you experienced any problem with our donation platforms, complaints must be made within [24] hours upon receiving the donations.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organisation. Donations are normally non-refundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organisation, please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue our work, so we encourage donors to continue your contribution over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us immediately.
