ICMS North America chapter invited Kevin Davies, the Managing Director of Client Coverage at Maybank, to share his wealth of experience within the banking and finance industry.
He mentioned how I&B typically hires from a diverse range of backgrounds as long as you are numerate and fit for the job. In his words, junior employees should be prepared to make tradeoffs, especially in high-intensity business units, and employees looking to make an impact must be willing to learn, possess maturity, and have a good attitude. Ultimately, I&B’s clients including corporations grow the economy and contribute to the economic multiplication process.
