ICMS MY Chapter collaborated with Unilever-ICMS : Journey into Digital Hiring event. This is where students from all over the country gathered to gain first-hand knowledge of the revolutionary digital hiring process currently practised by Unilever for its Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP). During this event, the speakers shared their personal career insights into Unilever and comprehensively briefed the participants on the new digital hiring procedure. The professional albeit casual setting provided us with a chance to comprehensively understand the inner workings of the company and served as a fun, innovative way for participants to connect with the top leaders in Unilever.
