The International Council of Malaysian Scholars and Associates was honoured to invite ASEAN students to join an EXCLUSIVE tea session with Puan Nora Abd Manaf, Group Chief Human Capital Officer of Maybank Group.
This exclusive session gave attendees exclusive access to connect with a key industry influencer, Puan Nora Abd Manaf.
Aside from leading the people transformation programme of the Maybank Group since 2009, Nora is also actively engaged in the country’s financial and business employers’ circles in her various roles. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Industry Executive Panel – Asia Pacific. In 2013, Nora was inducted into the Global HR 50 World Top 50 Human Resource Professionals.
As students explore their prospects within and beyond college, it is apparent that the job market grows increasingly crowded for millennials. Through attending this session, participants were able to engage with an industry leader and gain insight into cultivating a competitive edge as well as expand their understanding of current and future trends within the job market.
