The first-ever ICAEW Regional Business Challenge, executed by ICMS MY and held within South East Asia, was participated by 144 penultimate or final year students coming from Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia. The competition comprised 2 stages, whereby in the first stage was a case study competition whereas the second stage was a general knowledge competition organised in a game-show style. The best four out of 24 teams were called upon a stage to battle out their general knowledge skills. Winners were awarded employment or internship opportunities with prestigious Authorised Training Employers (ATE) while the overall champion won a 4D3N trip to visit ICAEW Chartered Accountants’ Hall in London.
